As part of a complete condominium renovation, this open-concept living, dining, and breakfast area was transformed into a refined, cohesive space where every detail works together effortlessly. From the custom furnishings and hand-knotted area rug to the panoramic wall mural, custom window treatments, and thoughtfully integrated lighting, each element was selected to create a welcoming home that feels both timeless and beautifully curated.
Every furnishing was selected for both comfort and cohesion, with rich velvet upholstery adding a subtle layer of luxury.

With no eat-in kitchen, the former dining room was transformed into a comfortable breakfast area featuring a custom pedestal table, side board, upholstered chairs, and a perfectly scaled area rug.
The breakfast nook is centred around a Canadian-made solid maple pedestal table selected for both its craftsmanship and its form. The warm wood tones soften the space, while the pedestal’s shape quietly reflects the room’s distinctive angles.
